Sinolumi warrants that its product will be free from any defects in materials and workmanship which cause the product to fail to operate in accordance with the performance specifications set forth in the documentation accompanying the product. The foregoing warranty shall be valid for a period of two years from date of customer’s purchase (the invoice date) from Sinolumi.If any Product covered by this warranty is returned by customer in accordance with Sinolumi’s Products Return Policy within the warranty period, and upon examination, Sinolumi determine such Product failed to satisfy this warranty, Sinolumi will, at its option, repair or replace the product or the defective part or keep it as a credit apply for future orders. For purposes of clarity, “repair or replace the product or the defective part” does not include any removal or reinstallation costs or expenses, including without limitation labor costs or expenses. If Sinolumi chooses to replace the product and is not able to do so because it has been discontinued or is not available, Sinolumi may replace it with a comparable product.This limited warranty only applies when the product has been properly wired and installed and operated within the electrical values, operating range and environmental conditions provided in the Specifications.This warranty does not apply to damage or failure to perform arising as a result of any Acts of God or from any abuse, misuse, abnormal use or use in violation of any applicable standard, code or Sinolumi’s instructions or damage causing during shipping to customer or beyond.This Warranty shall become void in the event any repairs or alterations not duly authorized by Sinolumi in writing are made to the Product by any person. Sinolumi will not cover additional labor cost or Warranty such labor associated with replacement product.Related accessories, software, shipping charge and any product free of charge are not included in this warranty policy.

EX-Works:It means customers will take care of the delivery after the ordered products are ready for shipment. Customers tell us the valid courier account number before shipment so that we could ask them to collect the goods. Customers can also arrange courier, forwarder or shipping agent to collect the goods at our warehouse once the order is ready for shipment.If under EX-Work terms, customers need us to send goods via our service with freight prepaid, we will charge the freight into the PI.For a declared value over US$5000 for a delivery, we’ll levy customers the customs handing charge US$100 a lot.International Express courier serviceDHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT have daily services from China to all major cities around the world. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 working days.Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale.They usually amount to 5~10% of order amount, depending on the products and order volume. This is a door to door service. The courier will make custom clearance automatically on behalf of you.Regular Air ShippingIf your order package is 100 kg or above, we can arrange to use Air Cargo shipping, with lower shipping cost; delivery time ranges from three to ten business days, depending on the city you ship to.Sea CargoOcean shipping is for bulky orders, shipping cost per unit is minimal but delivery time varies from 10 to 20 business days, depending on the season and place you ship to. We recommend you use it when your order package is at least two cubic meters.Our Shipping Service PackageFor orders that need regular air or ocean shipping, we offer an all-included, door to door service package through our freight forwarder in Hong Kong; shipping rate is low and service is excellent.

If you are interested in any of our existing models, you could let us know the model#, quantity and specific information such as color, brand of LEDs and beam angle via email, fax or just leave a message on our website. Our sales staff will reply you with the requested price information, including shipping options and estimated lead time within one business day;2. If no problem, you agree with the price and make a choice on shipping method;3. We work out a Profoma Invoice for your confirmation. The P/I has all the necessary dealing and delivery and our banking information.4. After making sure all information is correct, you make payment.5. We confirm the payment and arrange production and shipment accordingly.Customized product:To support our customers to meet various applications, we accept OEM or ODM projects if necessary material such as schematic, drawing, graphics or prototype could be provided.We usually take 3~7 working days to evaluate the feasibility and possibility of production and keep customers informed of the evaluation result. If it is OK, we will work out the quote and P/I as per customers’ requirements. Then we will work out prototype or counter-sample for customer’s confirmation firstly before we go into mass production.For customized products, we will charge customer new tooling charge if there are. Of course, the new tooling cost will be refunded to the customer if the coming order volume reaches our requested amount specified in our quotation.
